• Return Requirements:

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging intact.

• Return & Refund Requests:

To initiate a return or request a refund, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@voulux.com.

• Eligibility:

Only items that meet these conditions will be eligible for return and refund. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered in any way will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee:
A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns and refunds.

Final Sale Items:
No returns or refunds are allowed on items marked Final Sale or on items that were purchased on sale.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
